M342 Series

  • TThe kernel TMPM342FYXBG micro controller using ARM Cortex™-M3 is the standard kernel in the market of embedded micro controller,it can provide high code density and fast interrupt response that real-time applications required. The built-in high-speed 12 bit analog-to-digital converter with no second differential conversion can read data from various sensors and analog circuits; high resolution PPG can control the motor with the maximum resolution of 160MHz;with using Toshiba NANO FLASH™ technology can provide up to 256 KB of internal flash memory and up to 32KB SRAM; Toshiba NANO FLASH™ technology has characteristics of high speed and low power consumption, it also can realize the real-time operating of system and hardware; and for future system expansion it has external bus interface to do the memory expansion easily.

  • One of the applications of the TMPM342FYXBG micro controller is used with Toshiba's high dynamic and wide range (HDR) CMOS sensor TCM5114PL , which can achieve the functions of high dynamic range, bad pixel correction, correction of lens, enhance the photo sensitivity of binning function (Vertical:1/2), Picture Flip (horizontal and vertical flip) ,gamma correction function (programming of the gamma table), automatic white balance, automatic exposure control, automatic scintillation detection and correction, software standby mode and hardware closed mode.

    TMPM342FYBFG chip includes a 32 bit MCU, a DSP and 7.5 channel DC motor control drive circuit, it can be used for driving a plurality of micro motor at the same time.The perfect built-in circuit improves the integration degree, make it very suitable for developing the integrated camera with electric zoom and auto-aggregation function(AF) , which  is now widely used in the fields of security and video conference.

  • TMPM343 series micro controller with ARM Cortex™-M3 core as the CPU supports up to 50 MHz operating frequency, equipped with four Toshiba original programming servo control unit (PSC) which can share the CPU processing and computation time and achieve low-power consumption and high efficiency. The product provides three different memory sizes, which can meet the requirements of different systems, with a built-in 2 phase pulse counter it can detect the speed, position and phase difference more easily. With the simulation of the output type of position sensor in the internal interpolation AD converter link mode it achieves a low load and high precision position measurement, with sensor interface and interpolation coding function iit achieves 1 µ m or less high precision position control, with built-in 12 bit AD converter phase difference setting function it is suitable for the control of ultrasonic actuator and motor. It have sensor amplifier, Hall correction circuit, bias circuit correction with DA converter and the continuous variable amplifier which can be used to adjust the analog sensor gain taken package by 162 ball VFBGA.
